The former VFW Building is now home to the 9Eleven Event Center. The name coming from the address of the owner's childhood home in East Baltimore located 911 Rutland Avenue. The owner who recently relocated back to Baltimore from Atlanta had been scoping a few business ventures before decided to open 9Eleven Event Center. It was the owner's family and friends' unwavering support that led him into wanting to create a space where other groups of people can come together and create memories similar to those he remembers from growing up.

At 5,000 square feet - 9Eleven Event Center has a maximum capacity of 525 (conference) or 425 (banquet). 9Eleven Event Center has been renovated to include a main area, kitchen prep area, private suite, and a stage. 9Eleven Event Center is able to cover all of your event needs to include: catering options, live entertainment, hosting services, etc. through its partnerships.
